Observation

There were some cords accessible to children under the desk in the play room. The cord for the television, which is mounted on the wall, is only partially secured. The lower half of it is lying on top of the mantle and could fall down and be a hazard to young children. This cord was previously blocked by furniture that has been moved. The handlebar grips on a balance bike are torn on the ends with the sharp metal end of the handlebar exposed.
